Over the past 5 years we developed a versatile framework that ensures smooth delivery of even most complicated projects
01
We begin by structuring your project idea and defining the requirements for the digital product as well as scope of work. Based on that we prepare an initial ballpark estimation
02
During concept phase, we focus on researching the needs of both business and users, and create initial prototypes of the solution. If validation of the concept proves to be successful, we proceed with designing actual interfaces of the product
03
At this point we transform the rough wireframes and concepts into refined and fully documented interface mockups. Optionally we can conduct pre-production usability tests to ensure a flawless UX throughout the entire system
04
We begin this phase with estimate refinement and scope adjustments if necessary. The development itself follows Scrum principles and is organized into 1-2 week sprints, with sprint planning meetings at the beginning and deployments & retrospective at the end of each sprint. Throughout the entire development we implement versatile QA measures to ensure quality of the delivered product
05
Production deployment is the beginning of the scaling phase, during which we collect user feedback and introduce new features at the pace desired by stakeholders. Alongside introduction of new features, we provide complex monitoring and maintenance of the infrastructure.
We're tech-agnostic by default - with a proven track record across the frameworks, platforms, and infrastructure your product actually needs.
FAQ
Practical answers about this service: scope, process, timelines, and what to expect when working with us.
It covers the full journey from idea to shipped product: discovery and UX research, UI design in Figma, prototyping, and full-stack development of the working product. Webalize designs and builds in one team, so decisions made in design are carried through to code without handoff loss.
Both. Webalize is a UX-driven software house. The same team designs the interface and builds the production application. You can also engage us for design-only or development-only work, but the biggest advantage is a single team owning the product end to end.
MVP cost depends on scope, but most land anywhere between €5k and €50k depending on the complexity of the product. We agree a defined range after a discovery workshop, where we cut the feature set to the smallest version that proves value. We prioritise shipping a usable core first, then iterate based on real user feedback rather than building everything up front.
We start with discovery to understand users and goals, move to UX flows and wireframes, then high-fidelity UI in Figma, and validate with prototypes before development. Design and engineering work in parallel so the product stays feasible and on-budget throughout.
Webalize builds modern web products primarily with React and Next.js on the frontend, backed by robust APIs and databases, with design done in Figma. We choose the stack per project, but favour a proven, maintainable toolset over trend-chasing.
