A road-freight data platform and the website that presents it
CO3 is a vehicle-data platform for road freight. It pulls the telematics from a whole fleet and its subcontractors into one aggregated stream, so an operator gets GPS, ETAs, fuel, temperature and CO2 figures through a single API instead of a dozen separate provider portals. It runs on more than 500 integrations across 35 countries and covers most of the European fleet. We built CO3's marketing website, the public face of all that. The design arrived from another agency. We took it over, reworked a lot of what was on the mockups, drew the new views the site still needed, then built the whole thing on our usual stack for sites like this: Payload CMS with a Next.js front-end.
Taking over another agency's design and pushing it further
Picking up someone else's design is its own kind of work. We went through the existing mockups, tightened what did not quite hold up and redrew the pieces that needed it, then designed the views the project was still missing. The aim was a site that felt like one coherent thing rather than a handover with the seams showing. By the end the design was ours as much as anyone's, ready to build.
Built on Payload CMS, so the marketing team owns the content
CO3 moves quickly, so its site has to keep up. We built it on Payload CMS, which hands the marketing team the keys. They add and update pages, publish to the busy Freight Insights blog, edit the carrier FAQs and keep the whole site current without a developer in the loop. For a company in a fast-moving industry, that independence is the difference between a site that stays sharp and one that slowly goes stale.
Next.js for a site as fast as the product promises
A platform that sells real-time data cannot ship a slow website. The front-end is Next.js, tuned for speed with a Redis cache handler and image optimisation through Cloudflare, so pages come in quickly wherever a visitor happens to be. It is the kind of performance a data company's own site had better have.
500+ integration guides, pulled in and generated on their own
The most interesting part sits under the integrations section. CO3 supports more than 500 telematics systems, truck makers and trailer makers. Every one of them needs its own integration guide. Rather than have someone maintain 500 pages by hand, we pull the instructions straight from CO3's own service, process them and generate the pages in Next.js. Add an integration on CO3's side and its guide appears on the site, correct and up to date, without anyone touching the CMS.
A design system and a full component set underneath
Under the pages sits a design system and a complete set of components we built for the site, from the navigation and footer through accordions, tabs, sliders and rich-text blocks. It keeps every page consistent and makes the next one quick to assemble, which matters on a site that keeps growing.
Outcome
CO3 got a fast, self-updating marketing site that keeps pace with the product. The site went live on Payload and Next.js, giving CO3 a public presence its own team can keep current, quick pages that match the product's real-time promise and an integrations directory that maintains itself from more than 500 live guides. It is exactly the kind of marketing build we do best.
