From idea to fully implemented solution
Our structured process ensures your project is designed, developed, and delivered efficiently while reducing risk and maximizing value.
Our secret sauce is the process
01
Discovery
We begin by structuring your project idea and defining the requirements for the digital product as well as scope of work. Based on that we prepare an initial ballpark estimation
02
Concept
During concept phase, we focus on researching the needs of both business and users, and create initial prototypes of the solution. If validation of the concept proves to be successful, we proceed with designing actual interfaces of the product
03
UI design
At this point we transform the rough wireframes and concepts into refined and fully documented interface mockups. Optionally we can conduct pre-production usability tests to ensure a flawless UX throughout the entire system
04
MVP Development
We begin this phase with estimate refinement and scope adjustments if necessary. The development itself follows Scrum principles and is organized into 1-2 week sprints, with sprint planning meetings at the beginning and deployments & retrospective at the end of each sprint. Throughout the entire development we implement versatile QA measures to ensure quality of the delivered product
05
Scaling
Production deployment is the beginning of the scaling phase, during which we collect user feedback and introduce new features at the pace desired by stakeholders. Alongside introduction of new features, we provide complex monitoring and maintenance of the infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
Answers about how we scope, estimate, build, and scale products from first workshop through launch and beyond.
Webalize follows a five-phase process: Discovery, Concept, UI design, MVP development, and Scaling. It takes a project from a structured idea and defined scope through research and prototyping, into interface design, then sprint-based development, and finally a live product that keeps evolving. The structure is designed to reduce risk and maximise value at each stage.
In Discovery, we structure your idea, define requirements and scope, and prepare an initial ballpark estimate. In Concept, we research both business and user needs and build initial prototypes; once the concept is validated, we move on to designing the actual product interfaces. These early phases exist to de-risk the build before development starts.
MVP development follows Scrum, organised into 1-2 week sprints with sprint planning at the start and a deployment plus retrospective at the end of each sprint. We begin the phase by refining the estimate and adjusting scope if needed, and apply QA measures throughout. This keeps progress visible and the product shippable at every increment.
We give an initial ballpark estimate during Discovery, once the idea is structured and scope is defined. That estimate is then refined at the start of MVP development, with scope adjusted if necessary, so the numbers get more precise as requirements become clearer, rather than being fixed prematurely.
Production deployment starts the Scaling phase. We collect user feedback and roll out new features at the pace stakeholders want, while providing monitoring and maintenance of the infrastructure. Launch is treated as the beginning of the product's life, not the end of the engagement.
Our default stack centres on Next.js, React, Node.js, Laravel, and Symfony for applications; Shopware, Shopify, Sylius, and MedusaJS for ecommerce; Payload, Strapi, and Framer for content; OpenAI, Anthropic, and tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier for AI and automation; and Docker, Vercel, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for infrastructure. We choose per project but favour this proven, maintainable set.
